I paid for the book december 6. They took the money out. I have my prep class tuesday jan 9. I had bought other books other places. I got all my books and in the midst of studying, i didnt realize that my mathematics for plumbers book was never sent.
December 26, i sent an email asking about it to the customer support. They said they needed more information. I gave them the information and didnt hear back. Because if holidays, i had to wait extra days. January 2, they refund the money int my account without sending me any type of notice or email to let me know what is happening.
I had asked in the previous email, to overnight ship it, please. I would pay the extra shipping. I need it yesterday. And they screwed me. Totally screwed. It says on the site that they still have 11 in stock. Why would they just refund me my money. Atleast send me the book. I offered to pay for the overnight shipping. Why cancel my order?!
now it is thursday, weekend is coming. and my class is tuesday. and i dont have this book. i paid over a month ahead of the class.
this site is unreliable and there customer service is terrible. i explained my situation. you have book in stock. why would noone help me?! now i will have to go to class with an ebook. thanks alot bookstop.
