    My professor had us acquire this book and quite frankly, it’s pretty much the Bible of project management should you want to pursue a career in it. It provides a great structure with detail in each chapter and I use it regularly to use it as a basis when applying my own research.

    The PMP is currently written to the 6th Edition and I needed this edition when teaching class. If you are considering the purchase of the PMBOK, the next version is promised to be out within months of this review.

     I mean, I’m not sure what kind of person is excited for the PMBOK…It is the PMBOK. I do appreciate that they added the agile piece to it given the current state of the industry.

    I was worried that the book would be difficult to read because there were so many negative comments about the dark pages- they are wrong. As long as you have adequate lighting, it’s easy to read. There’s absolutely no reason to hesitate in purchasing if that is your concern.

    I needed to purchase the PMBOK book for a project management course. The course deals with agile enterprises, so getting the Agile book included was a plus.
    The books were in excellent condition and arrived a few days earlier than my other books. This gave me time to look before the class began.

    Great deal, you get both the PMBOK Guide 6th edition and the Agile book. Honestly, the grey copy proof paper was not an issue at all and did not make it any harder to read, which appears to be everyone’s main complaint
